Dr. David L. Cooper submits “Advanced Nutraceuticals: Our proposal- Develop a new FDA regulatory pathway for approval of CBD products from Hemp” to the FDA on the proposed rule: Scientific Data and Information About Products Containing Cannabis or Cannabis-Derived Compounds.

The Food and Drug Administration will hold a public hearing to obtain scientific data and information about the safety, manufacturing, product quality, marketing, labeling, and sale of products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds.

The proposal is assigned Docket No.FDA-2019-N-1482 and Comment Tracking Number: 1k3-99si-2inm.
