The board of directors of World High Life Plc, London, England announces its appointment of David L. Cooper, Ph.D. M.D., CEO and Founder of PhytoMedical Solutions, LLC and PhytoDental Solutions, LLC to its Technical Advisory Board of the Company. Dr. Cooper, noted physician scientist and clinician, will represent WHLs commitment to technical expertise in product development.

World High Life (WHL) PLC is an investment company with a strategic focus to invest in and/or acquire companies operating in the CBD wellness and medicinal cannabis industry.

WHL was incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006 on 30 January 2019 as an Investment Vehicle to identify investment opportunities and acquisitions in companies to specifically take advantage of the rapidly changing regulatory environment surrounding legal Medicinal Cannabis as well as investment opportunities within the Hemp and CBD wellness sectors.

WHL are focused on making investments and/or to acquire companies operating within the burgeoning legal Medicinal Cannabis, Hemp and CBD industries to achieve an attractive total return primarily through capital appreciation.

WHL will monitor deregulation as it relates to Medicinal Cannabis globally with a particular emphasis on Europe to ensure that the Company can take advantage of proposed changes to relevant laws.

  • Medicinal Cannabis sectors within countries that are recognised as providing well-developed and reputable laws and regulations for the production, research and distribution of Medicinal Cannabis;
  • the CBD wellness sectors; and
  • the diverse Hemp sectors (including the industrial Hemp sector)

The Board believes that by working closely with the Technical Advisory Board and taking advantage of the technical knowledge they can provide, they are well equipped to identify and implement the Company’s investment strategy.
