With more than 30 years of experience in life science company leadership, Giles founded Giles & Associates Consultancy, Inc. in 2000. Prior to forming GAC, Giles was VP of Strategy Development for Searle Pharmaceuticals where she handled global pharmaceutical strategic planning, internal consulting, marketing research, portfolio decision analysis, life science portfolio optimization and merger and transaction analysis. Before joining Searle, Giles was a partner with Business Strategy Consulting LLC and held leadership positions with Abbott.
